She is a South African media personality best known for presenting  music shows O-Boma, O-Access on Channel O. Yeah she was that annoying girl on twitter who called herself god & everyone must worship her. That was the minute i unfollowed her. No time for iranu!


Now she is working on Nando's for the festive season. The Nnhle's Rast Campaign for the 2012 festive season.


Please how will putting Nonhle on Nando's new campaign make me eat there?

Cheers to the freaking weekend

Whoop whoop! Great week?  TGIF baby! I don't think anyone loves the weekend as much as i do. I mean i love my job but the thought of lounging in bed till 7am gets me excited. After a long week and drama Wednesday  I won't bore you with the story. Yes i look forward to the weekend.

Anyone seen The Life of PI yet?

 I waited till the 20th of November for that movie and it literally broke my heart when i found out it wasn't premiered in Nigeria yet. I have been gulping in all the review on the internet. I can't wait to wait to watch it!

Lovely weekend?

Mine was a lazy lovely weekend. No wedding party, no family ceremony. I was lounging after my trip to the market on Saturday. Did i ever mention I'm a good cook? No? Now you know.

I made what i call Veggie rice & Veggie Noodles. I made the noodles to satisfy my craving for Indomie Alata aka Peppered Indomie.

I’m hoping you read this but even if I haven’t met you, I know I will soon. We’ve all been waiting for you for a while now. What’s keeping you? Was your flight delayed or are you too busy making our millions? My aunties keep asking, my mum keeps praying and even my father has a look in his eyes these days like “Oh girl, how far? Wetin dey happen?” I used to tell them you were on the next bus coming into town but then I realised that my future husband would have a car and not just one of those that went toh-toh-toh with thick exhaust fumes and body-odor laced wind-conditioning. Also he would not be a johnny-just-come so brothers in the village or who recently moved to town please do not see me in a vision or ask pastor about me.

My dear husband, tribe is not important but surnames are important. I don’t want our kids teased in school. If you cannot pronounce your own surname without gulping air, I suggest you get a new one. Also if your parents named your nephew Victory-over-satan or Hygienius please inform them that they will not be naming our kids. I heard about a woman whose Mother-in-law gave her kids horrible tribal marks while she was at work. May I inform you that if that ever happens, I will sue! I want bright kids so if you are an average-joe, I suggest you up your game and get a Ph.D so you don’t have to lie to your children that you came first in school.

Shame on me!

First, i apologize for going MIA since September. I have been having spasms of the brain. Whatever that means. Simply put as, each time i open a new post page, i go blank. Then it feels like multiple spasms in my head. I kid not!!

Help save Jude Osemeke

An appeal from Jude's family. Please read below...
We write on behalf of Mr Ibezim Jude Osemeke to appeal to your good conscience to assist us in sponsoring him for overseas medical treatment. About four months ago, Ibe suddenly developed hearing impairment, change in voice and severe headache and weakness of the body. He was seen at the Lagos State University Teaching Hospital by a neurosurgeon who then requested for a CT Scan of the Brain. The report indicated that Ibe has brain tumour called Chordoma. The neurosurgeon then advised him to seek medical attention abroad.





We have contacted several reputable neurosurgery centres in India and all are of the opinion that he will benefit from surgery. The definitive surgery which will be in two phases is estimated to cost 3.7 million naira (including the cost of transportation, lodging, operation fees, feeding etc).
Mr Ibezim is from Onicha Ugbo in the present Aniocha North Local Government Area of Delta State. He is a Mass Communication graduate of Olabisi Onabanjo University, Ogun State and had been unemployed since on graduation. His father is late and the family cannot afford the total cost of his treatment.
We humbly appeal to you to assist in saving the life of this promising young Nigerian.

Woman naturally are born to multi-task. However, you are not great at it after all! In April 2012, Volkswagen's  Ad for the distracted while driving campaign for April  to call women attention to the increasing number of road accident caused by make up. YES!  You read right. accident caused by women applying make up while driving. The cool thing about this campaign is the medium of passing the message. *make up* how else do women learn how to apply make up? youtube!!! Many women around the world surf YouTube on trends on make up, fashion from pros & amateurs. Don't we all love YouTube? lol! I adore them.
The video started like a usual recording but the end is heart gripping, heart shattering,my heart literally stopped for 5 secs.

Why i like the white girl's takes on renaming of UNILAG

Before you hate her, listen to what she is saying. In all her ranting she actually makes sense. Did anyone loose his job for the crash? NO! Did we hear about the crash after June 3 aside from the engineers of Dana airline leaving the country? What have we done as people to fight boko haram aside from sitting our asses and typing RIP. NOTHING!!

I live in Ikorodu with bad roads, epileptic electricity. I have gone to the local government to complain all i get is we will look into it.
PHCN management in my area know me, i don't give them peace because i think they are being paid tax payers hard earned money for nothing.
I think Unilag students are more emotional about the renaming of there school. I go to UNILAG presently as a Masters student and i don't want my certificate to bear MAULAG!

MKO Abiola's wish was that the lives of Nigerians are better & that poverty should be at its minimal. Has any government made moves to make our lives better?  All we hear are poverty stricken people who get into power and loot more than they can live with.
I don't get why people are raining curses on her. TRUTH IS BITTER!!!

I don't think anyone hates this sandals more than i do! But hey RAZZ is the new cool. The rains are here and i can't begin to tell you how many shoes i have lost. Sometimes, i feel so sorry for my shoe i remove them& walk with my feet. I stay in Ikorodu & i literally swim home. I decided to look for a solution & yes i tried out the grape(rubber) sandals. Yes they are razz & so comfortable. They are deliciously comfortable.

I turned the bow to the side to give it a different look.

I wear it everyday & change to my shoes when i get to work.

Before i bore u, i want to apologise for my absence. I have had a heavy workload of late.
I am doing a little research at work & i ran into a couple of awareness campaign done outside Nigeria. They blew my mind away & i had to share.

Awareness campaign in the communication industry to make a target audience aware of a product, service or issues.
However, there is a differnce between advertising campaign & awareness campaign.  Advertising awareness is aimed to stimulate an action among the target audience. For example the purchase of a particular product or service or increased brand awareness. While Awareness Campaigns are usually commissioned by public institutions or NGOs with the purpose of informing the public about an issue or new obligation which are considered to be in the public interest. At the home front, Ads done by NAFDAC are usually about the risk of buying fake drugs. Another example is FRSC, LASTMA Ads usually about the risk involved when you drive without your seatbelt.

And so it continues. Kim Kardashian has reportedly just put her $4.8 mill California home on the market. And--surprise--Kanye West just put his home on the market as well. And word has it the two, who have been dating for a whopping 2 months, are prepping to rent a home together so they can move in, decorate it and play house.

TMZ reports not only has Kim, who's still finalizing her divorce from Kris Humphries, given a "pocket listing" to a realtor (which means it won't appear in official real estate docs), but Kanye has given a realtor a pocket listing too for his L.A. home.

Life & Style reported yesterday (before today's reports that the twosome actually went through with putting their homes 'on the market'):

Life & Style can exclusively reveal that Kim and her new beau, Kanye West, who have been linked since early April, are ready to take the next step. “They are preparing to move in together, it’s moving that quick,” an insider tells the new issue of Life & Style, on newsstands now. Kim is even giving up her beloved bachelorette pad, as she has quietly put her LA home on the market.

Although Kanye already has a house in LA and an apartment in NYC, the insider shares, "if things continue at the speed they’re going, Kim and Kanye will rent a new house together. They wouldn't buy yet.”

This way, the couple would have a generic place that they could decorate cohesively. Because Kim and Kanye have such strong individual styles, the insider confirms, “Kim would be putting a lot of her stuff in storage. Her bathmat is KK-embroidered and that's not changing. She's OCD-immaculate and so is Kanye, so to have both of their items would create problems.”

This new pad will be Kim’s permanent home base in LA, “the only place she has in LA — and she always has her mom’s,” adds the insider.

Although Kanye would still keep his LA pad, the couple’s new home would be a common place, “so that they can live together without being fully domestic until they’re ready to have a family,” says the source.

But it looks like Kanye is selling his L.A. pad, and probably keeping his Soho, NYC penthouse.

Death Did Me Wrong

Jamilu Shehu Ashaka, words can't begin to explain the depth of pain that i feel at the moment. Sometimes, i wish my phone rings and it is your name on the screen. I hopefully want it to be a lie.
I fainted when i heard of your death. I couldn't believe you died without a goodbye.
The 28th of May, was the day i heard of your demise. I wanted it to be a lie, a stupid joke until i truly saw your grave.



I won't forget you my dear friend. You were more than a brother.You looked out for me, even those days when i piss you off, you still come back & i wonder if anyone can do that for me. You my friend remained my hero until your painful demise.
